Aim of Course

To enhance your clinical, supervision and management skills within your role.

This 24 week course covers theory and practical sessions. It is a tutored course and provides teaching, mentoring and practical supervision. You will complete 8 units of development and three practical assessments.

Outcomes

- To have develop communication skills to adapt to a variety of situations and to be effective and resourceful
- To have advance knowledge and skills in Health and Safety. To promote this in your practice
- To have an identify development plan for your future
- To know the various factors in abuse and be confident in acting responsively and supervising others in an incident
- To enhance specific skills in your professional role that facilitate your effectiveness as a role model
