Bridges Healthcare provides specialist and supportive care for patients in their own homes.
The care services we provide are domiciliary care, complex care and live-in care. We work with a wide variety of clients aged 18-65 and the elderly with differing care needs.
A vacancy has arisen for a staff nurse to join our healthcare team based in Chislehurst, Kent to work in rewarding roles in London and the South East.
Whether you have just qualified or are a nurse with substantial experience we will give you the encouragement and opportunity you need to develop your skills.
