You will deliver nursing care, including running specialist clinics.  You will provide health education and carry out nursing procedures, immunisations and smear tests (where appropriately trained) and may be required to provide clinical supervision to other staff and students.

Working within an interdisciplinary team you will deliver quality care with an emphasis on promoting independence and rehabilitation as well as curative and palliative care. 

You will have a minimum of two years post registration experience and at least 1 year (within last 6 months) evidence based practice caring within a GP practice or in a health care setting appropriate to the field of the assignment.
