Clinical Support Worker Higher Level (Community)

£11.40ph London

Clinical Support Worker (Higher Level) required to work with patients in the community who have differing care needs.

Ref: CS2/G3

Working with patients in the community: in the home, in clinics and in intermediate care settings you will undertake a range of delegated clinical patient care duties, assist with the implementation of individual care programmes and provide personal and nursing care.

You should have proven experience of working with people in a mental health setting at band 3 level or equivalent.
