Bridges Healthcare - Company

Bridges Healthcare was established in 1998 and is registered with the Commission of Social Care Inspection (CSCI) both as a Nursing and Domiciliary care provider. Our company is also part of the NHS Framework Agreement operating in the South East of England. Within this Agreement we can either supply healthcare professionals to a variety of settings in the NHS Trusts or provide comprehensive care packages in the community, which are managed and staffed by Bridges Healthcare.

Bridges Healthcare specialises in providing healthcare into an individual’s home. This care ranges from assisting an individual with their daily living to complex caring for those individuals who are totally dependent on our trained staff for all their needs.

Within Bridges Healthcare we have our own Education & Training department. We make it a priority that our staff receive the latest up-to-date training as it is essential they have the knowledge and skills to be competent and capable in their practice.

Bridges Healthcare’s care management team are fully qualified professionals who have a wealth of experience and expertise. We operate a 24 hour service and to support this provision there is an out of hours facility, which is administered by the care management team so that it is a responsive service with the necessary knowledge and expertise to hand.
